Terms of service

These terms cover the Wellreviewed service offered by Wellreviewed, a sole proprietorship based at 844 Treat Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94110 ("we", "us"). By signing up you ("you", the business) agree to them.

1. The service

For each location you sign up, we reply to reviews on your Google Business Profile, publish posts to it, keep listed details such as hours and photos current when you send them to us, answer listing questions, provide a printable review request card, and send a monthly report. We may use AI writing tools to help draft replies and posts. A person reviews every reply before it is posted.

2. Free trial, billing and cancellation

• The first 30 days are free. A card is required at sign-up through our payment processor, Stripe.
• After the trial the price is $79 per location per month, charged automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal or by emailing wellreviewedsf@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. We do not refund partial months.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The change applies from your next billing date after the notice period.

3. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are authorized to manage the Google Business Profile you give us access to.
• You give us accurate information about your business and tell us anything we should never say in public replies.
• If you choose approval mode, replies that need your approval wait until you approve them.

4. What we will not do

We never write, buy, incentivize or filter reviews, and we never ask only satisfied customers for reviews. We follow Google's content policies and the FTC rule on consumer reviews. We may decline to post a reply we believe is misleading, unlawful or against those policies.

5. No guaranteed results

Ratings, rankings, search visibility and review removal decisions are controlled by Google and your customers. We do not guarantee any particular rating, ranking, traffic or revenue.

6. Ownership and access

You own your Business Profile and its content. We use Manager access only to provide the service. You can remove our access at any time. When the service ends, we remove ourselves as a Manager.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

8. Ending the service

Either of us may end the service at any time. We may suspend it if a payment fails or if continuing would break the law or Google's policies.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will email active customers about material changes. California law governs these terms.
