This policy explains what Wellreviewed (844 Treat Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94110) collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Sign-up details: business name and type, Google Maps link, your name, email, mobile number, and notes on how replies should sound.
- Billing details: handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, business name, phone and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Business Profile data: with the Manager access you grant, we can see your listing, its reviews and insights. Reviews include names and comments your customers chose to post publicly.
- Messages: emails and texts you send us.
How we use it
To provide the service, bill you, contact you about your account, and prepare your monthly report. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us
- Netlify hosts this website and receives sign-up form submissions.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Google provides email and the Business Profile tools.
- AI writing tools help draft replies. We send them only the review text and your tone notes needed to write a reply.
How long we keep it
While you are a customer and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep billing records longer.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing wellreviewedsf@gmail.com. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we will not treat you differently for using them. You can remove our Manager access from your Business Profile at any time.
